Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. The healing process varies from person to person. The majority who use our products experience immediate relief. Eliminating fissures can take as little as 2 weeks to 6 weeks. At first you may not notice any change in the condition but, be patient! The condition WILL be eliminated with a little patience and regular applications.

It is important to apply three times a day without missing applications. If you miss one day, the healing process will be pushed back by 2 to 4 days.

Q. How do I apply the product?
A. Place a few drops on a Q-Tip or use your fingers to apply topically.

The easiest way to apply would be as follows: allow one drop to fall onto your finger, gently apply and repeat with another drop. Apply one drop under each foot and massage for 30 seconds. Repeat this process three times a day.

Q.  You state that this is a topical application but I have an internal fissure!
A. This is still a topical application. Place a few drops on a Q-Tip or use your finger to insert. If the fissure is too far internally to reach, we suggest using a dropper.

Q. Is it necessary to massage a few drops of formula into my feet?
A. Your fissures are not simply an external condition. By massaging a few drops of formula into the soles of your feet (arch), the formula will penetrate into the cell membranes. Essential oils are fat soluble which means that the body absorbs trace elements of the formulas directly into the blood stream and immune system bypassing the kidneys and digestive system. This is part of the healing process.

Q. How many bottles of formula will I need?
A. Fissures are generally eliminated within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on your immune system.One 11ml size bottle of Heal Fissures is sufficient for 3-4 weeks of application. If there is still discomfort after 3 weeks, you will require a second bottle, or you can save 10% on our large 33ml size bottle.

Fissures may recur, many of our customers keep a bottle handy because the second time you have to treat the condition, the fissures usually disappear within 10 days.

Q. Do I need to change my diet?
A. Increase your raw fruit and vegetables intake during the program. It is also advisable to eliminate dairy, wheat and sugar, this will aid your body in healing the condition. Drink lots of water and consume natural yogurt.  (yogurt is not classified as dairy, the molecular structure has changed)

Q. What about hemorrhoids?
A. We have a specially formulated product called
Heal Hemorrhoids. If you have fissures and hemorrhoids, use Heal Fissures first, followed by Heal Hemorrhoids to clear the hemorrhoids.

Q.  I do not have a credit card, can I mail in my order?
A. To order by mail.. Select your products and proceed to the checkout page. Under -Payment Options - select "Print an order form and pay by mail" This enables you to complete the transaction, print out the invoice which you enclose together with your check, postal order or cash.

Q.  Why use your essential oil formulas when there are many prescription and over the counter drugs?
A. Our formulas are 100% pure natural essential oils, no drugs. Essential oils have the ability to penetrate into the cell membranes faster than any known substance. Essential oils are fat soluble which means that the body absorbs trace elements of the formulas directly into the blood stream and immune system bypassing the kidneys and digestive system, where they combat your condition internally.

Q.  Can your products be used on children?
A. Our Heal Eczema and Heal Stretch Marks formulas are safe for children of all ages. Heal Warts, Heal molluscum and Heal Skin Tags are not recommended for children under 4. The other formulas are not recommended for children under 6.

Q.  I am pregnant, can I use your products?
A. Heal Stretch Marks is formulated for pregnant and nursing mothers. We have also formulated a special hemorrhoids and bleeding hemorrhoids product during pregnancy and nursing. Unfortunately we do not advise using the rest of our product range when pregnant or nursing.

Q.  Why do I need to massage a few drops of the formula into the soles of my feet?
A. This area is the fastest way for the essential oils to be absorbed by your body. According to Chinese medical knowledge, our human body has over 360 acupuncture points, with more than 60 found under the feet, known as the second heart.

Q.  What is the significance of the formulas being absorbed into my blood stream and immune system?
A. Although our products are applied topically, your condition resides in your body. The formulas penetrate your cell membranes to combat your condition at the source. Your healing process therefore is two fold, topical application and internal, where the formula combats the source.
