Q.  How do I apply the product?
A. Place a few drops on your finger and massage into the legs and feet in the evenings. The formula is also massaged underneath the feet to promote healing.
Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. Treatment time will differ from person to person, symptoms will diminish after a few applications and the full benefit is experienced within 2 weeks.

Q.  Will I need more than one bottle of your formula?
A. This will depend on your condtion. It is important that you do not run out of formula and interrupt the program. There is 33ml of Heal Restless Legs formula in one bottle, sufficient for over 200 applications. If you have severe symptoms, we suggest you get at least two bottles of formula.

Q.  Is it necessary to massage a few drops of formula into my feet?
A. Yes, by massaging a few drops of formula into the soles of your feet (arch), the formula will penetrate into the cell membranes. Essential oils are fat soluble which means that the body absorbs trace elements of the formulas directly into the blood stream and immune system bypassing the kidneys and digestive system. This is part of the healing process.

Q.  Will my diet affect the condition?
A. Restless Legs can be affected by the diet as well as a lack of specific minerals. We recommend including additional supplements in your diet to assist with healing - eating a banana each day is a natural way to do this. We also recommend excluding caffeine from your diet. It is also important to drink a lot of water.

Q.  Does Exercising help the condition?
A.  Yes, exercising regularly will increase circulation in your legs.

A. Our formulas are 100% pure natural essential oils, no drugs. Essential oils have the ability to penetrate into the cell membranes faster than any known substance. Q.  Can your products be used on children?
A. Our Heal Eczema and Heal Stretch Marks formulas are safe for children of all ages. Heal Warts, Heal molluscum and Heal Skin Tags are not recommended for children under 4. The other formulas are not recommended for children under 6.

Q.  I am pregnant, can I use your products?
A. Heal Stretch Marks is formulated for pregnant and nursing mothers. We have also formulated a special hemorrhoids and bleeding hemorrhoids product during pregnancy and nursing. Unfortunately we do not advise using the rest of our product range when pregnant or nursing.

Q.  Why do I need to massage a few drops of the formula into the soles of my feet?
A. This area is the fastest way for the essential oils to be absorbed by your body. According to Chinese medical knowledge, our human body has over 360 acupuncture points, with more than 60 found under the feet, known as the second heart.

Q.  What is the significance of the formulas being absorbed into my blood stream and immune system?
A. Although our products are applied topically, your condition resides in your body. The formulas penetrate your cell membranes to combat your condition at the source. Your healing process therefore is two fold, topical application and internal, where the formula combats the source.
