Q. How soon will I see results?
A. Results will differ from person to person, visible outbreaks will diminish over time and it may take anywhere from a few days to a number of weeks to control the condition.

Q. Will I need more than one bottle of your formula?
A. This will depend on the severity of your condtion. It is important that you do not run out of formula and interrupt the program. There is 11ml of Heal Rosacea formula in one regular size bottle, sufficient for over 100 applications and 33ml in our large size, sufficient for over 300 applications. If you have the condition in multiple areas on your body or a severe case of rosacea, we suggest you get at least two regular bottles of formula or save 10% with our large 33ml size.

Q. How do I apply the product?
A. Place a few drops on a Q-Tip or use your fingers to apply topically directly to the affected areas. The formula is also massage under the feet to promote healing.

Q. Is it necessary to massage a few drops of formula into my feet?
A. By massaging a few drops of formula into the soles of your feet (arch), the formula will penetrate into the cell membranes. Essential oils are fat soluble which means that the body absorbs trace elements of the formulas directly into the blood stream and immune system bypassing the kidneys and digestive system. This is part of the healing process.

Q. Does diet affect the condition?
A. A healthy diet is always important. A healthy diet and exercise will increase lymphatic flow and along with Heal Rosacea will assist with the healing. It is also important to drink a lot of water in order to cleanse your system.

Q. What if I have scars from Rosacea?
A. Our Heal Scars formula is excellent for any type of scar and can be used in conjunction with Heal Rosacea if you have scars as well as a current rosacea outbreak.

Q. What if I have also have acne?
A. Our Heal Acne formula is formulated specifically to control and eliminate acne outbreaks and is perfect for acne anywhere on the body and can also be used in conjunction with Heal Rosacea if you have acne as well as a current rosacea outbreak.

Q.  I do not have a credit card, can I mail in my order?
A. To order by mail.. Select your products and proceed to the checkout page. Under -Payment Options - select "Print an order form and pay by mail" This enables you to complete the transaction, print out the invoice which you enclose together with your check, postal order or cash.

A. Our formulas are 100% pure natural essential oils, no drugs. Essential oils have the ability to penetrate into the cell membranes faster than any known substance. Essential oils are fat soluble which means that the body absorbs trace elements of the formulas directly into the blood stream and immune system bypassing the kidneys and digestive system, where they combat your condition internally.

Q.  Can your products be used on children?
A. Our Heal Eczema and Heal Stretch Marks formulas are safe for children of all ages. Heal Warts, Heal molluscum and Heal Skin Tags are not recommended for children under 4. The other formulas are not recommended for children under 6.

Q.  I am pregnant, can I use your products?
A. Heal Stretch Marks is formulated for pregnant and nursing mothers. We have also formulated a special hemorrhoids and bleeding hemorrhoids product during pregnancy and nursing. Unfortunately we do not advise using the rest of our product range when pregnant or nursing.

Q.  Why do I need to massage a few drops of the formula into the soles of my feet?
A. This area is the fastest way for the essential oils to be absorbed by your body. According to Chinese medical knowledge, our human body has over 360 acupuncture points, with more than 60 found under the feet, known as the second heart.

Q.  What is the significance of the formulas being absorbed into my blood stream and immune system?
A. Although our products are applied topically, your condition resides in your body. The formulas penetrate your cell membranes to combat your condition at the source. Your healing process therefore is two fold, topical application and internal, where the formula combats the source.
